Our unique community app
As something special at Nordhusene, several of our properties have their own community app, which makes everyday life easier and strengthens the community in our residential areas.
The app contributes positively to everyday life by providing an overview, security, and closeness. Here, residents can easily find important information, receive messages from Nordhusene, and keep up with what is happening in the area. At the same time, the app facilitates dialogue between neighbors, which helps to strengthen neighborliness and the local community.

Food club and community in Haslev
A very special tradition has taken root in Emma's Garden – a monthly food club for adults, where food and community are the focus. It all started with Lonnie, who loves to cook and wanted to get to know his neighbors better.

The activity center in Dalum Paper Mill
Located in one of the large, historic machine halls that once housed the heart of production, you will find the activity center at Dalum Papirfabrik.
Today, the hall has been transformed into a heart for the neighborhood, where the community can come together to give the neighborhood the pulse that good neighborliness is built on.
Good local neighborliness stems from our community
That is why we actively work to create vibrant communities and good neighborly relations.
But we also do this locally by supporting and investing in collaboration with local community builders. These are tenants who take the initiative to strengthen the local community and enhance the quality of everyday life for themselves and their neighbors in Nordhusene.
