Nordhusene is a responsible and modern landlord that both owns and operates its own properties and manages and services homes for external owners. We create the framework for a good life by offering homes where quality, security, and community go hand in hand—regardless of whether you live in one of our own properties or in one that we manage on behalf of others.

As a resident of Nordhusene, you will see us as your daily point of contact. We ensure that everything from maintenance to service and communication runs smoothly and professionally. How to invoice...

When sending an invoice to Nordhusene or a company under administration by Nordhusene, please send it as an EAN invoice to:
EAN no. 5790002825156

In the order field, please enter "F" followed by the company number. For example, F5301.

We strive to provide efficient invoice processing. To avoid delays, it is therefore important that the invoice is issued to the correct company and that the requisitioner is stated.

Any traditional bills in PDF format, as well as account statements, can be sent to the following email address: faktura@nordhusene.dk

Please compile invoices and any supporting documents into a single attached PDF file.

We use an electronic approval procedure, which means that there is more than one approver, and we must therefore receive the invoice at least 21 days before the due date.

Why think about sustainability when renting a home?

Today, housing accounts for a large proportion of our CO2 emissions in Denmark. In fact, as much as 30% of total emissions come from this source (20% from heating and operation and 10% from the construction of buildings, including homes, bridges, and roads). 

That is why it is crucial that we ensure we minimize the climate impact of our homes. Both when we build them and when we live in them.

At Nordhusene, we do our part to ensure that this happens during the construction of new buildings by using high-quality materials and energy-optimized solutions. This also makes it easy to be more environmentally friendly as a tenant, as you can reduce your personal carbon footprint without doing much more than living your life.

“Vild med vilje” natur

Flere steder på Nordhusenes ejendomme kan du opleve områder, hvor græsset får lov til at gro lidt vildere end normalt. Det gør vi helt bevidst – som en del af initiativet Vild Med Vilje, der arbejder for at skabe mere plads til naturen i vores byer og boligområder.

Når vi lader naturen passe sig selv, skaber vi bedre levevilkår for insekter, fugle, planter og svampe. Det bidrager til en større biodiversitet og et mere levende nærmiljø.

Derfor har vi på udvalgte arealer etableret forskellige typer natur, blandt andet vildeng, enggræs og blomstereng. De giver plads til vilde planter og blomster, som tiltrækker bier, sommerfugle og andre nyttige insekter.

Det kan måske se lidt anderledes ud end en klassisk, nyklippet græsplæne – men det gør en stor forskel for naturen.

Ved at give naturen mere plads er vi med til at skabe grønnere og mere levende boligområder – til gavn for både biodiversiteten og dem, der bor her.
