When you rent from us, there must be room for everyone. We live close together, so it is important to be considerate—including toward each other's pets.
You can submit an application for permission to keep a pet if you meet the following conditions:
Can I apply for permission?
Sections 10/11 of the lease agreement and the house rules specify whether it is permitted to keep pets in the building where you live.
If keeping pets is not permitted, special permission may be granted in certain cases to keep pets – usually only one pet per household – either a dog, cat, or other pet.
Permission is never granted to keep livestock of prohibited breeds.
Which dog breeds are approved?
Many dog breeds are permitted. See the list via the link below.
If your breed is on the list, simply fill out the application at the bottom of the page (including policy number, etc.).
Other breeds and mixes
If your dog is a mix or not on the list, we will need an additional application with:

pictures of the dog

brief breed description
-
age
-
activity level and any training experience/noise level

other relevant information’
Important to know

The permit is only valid for the specific pet.

If you acquire a new pet at a later date, a new application must be submitted.
