Christmas is over, and everyday life is back – in a good way. Spirits are high, snow is falling outside, phones are ringing, and we are still out on the road visiting our tenants.
When we think back on 2025, it is not the big events that stand out most
It is all the little moments that together create the homes in Nordhusene:
Neighbors helping each other, common areas being used in new ways. Small initiatives that grow bigger. Life between the houses.
In 2025, when the world has sometimes felt unsettled, it became extra clear how much communities mean. And this year, too, the king emphasized how important community is in his New Year's speech.
For us, communities are about having a place where people know each other – where they greet each other, where they feel at home and, not least, safe. That is why we are happy to see how communities have grown in 2025. We have held resident meetings and app onboarding at all our properties, and we can see that the effort is working, as more and more people are showing up for the community events – with up to 70 people registered.
2025 was also a year of development for us. New colleagues, new properties, and new offices in Fredericia and Brøndby. All to be closer – both in distance and in relationships.
Now we are entering 2026 with a clear ambition:
To build on what works.
To strengthen communities
To create frameworks that make everyday life a little better for those who live with us, including beautification projects
Because bricks are important.
But people are more important.
