At Nordhusene, we work hard to support and promote good communities in our properties. Our vision is to create safe homes that offer opportunities to meet neighbors, friends, and family. In Klarup Søpark, we are doing this by building a community center for use by all residents.
The first sod has just been cut for the construction of the community center, and this was celebrated with a hot dog truck that drove to Klarup Søpark and handed out food to the large crowd of neighbors who are looking forward to sharing the future house.
Klarup Søpark's community center will feature a kitchen, a communal room, a terrace, and two guest rooms that can be booked if you have overnight guests. The house can be booked by individual residents for private events or used as a venue for communal events and daily meetings between neighbors.
The community center is expected to be completed in mid-2025. Below is a visualization of the finished building:
