For two years, Kaj has been an integral and indispensable part of Nordhusene as a property service technician and coordinator. He provides service to tenants from the office and is the man behind coordination, move-ins and move-outs, ordering suppliers, and handling inquiries from both tenants and partners. From time to time, he also sneaks out to take care of minor service tasks – and always with a smile on his face 💪📞
The best thing about the job? No two days are the same! Kaj loves the variety of tasks and the wide range of contacts both internally and externally. And then there are his colleagues—he really appreciates them. The combination of professionalism and community makes everyday life at Nordhusene both meaningful and lively 🤝😊
When the workday is over, Kaj enjoys spending time in nature and being present. He enjoys bike rides, trips to the coast with his fly rod, and time with his family—especially his two grandchildren (soon to be three!), who bring extra joy to his everyday life. A dream on the horizon? To try his hand at wave surfing like his daughter, who travels the world with her board under her arm 🌊🏄
