The position
As a property manager, your most important task is to lay the foundation for a good life for our tenants and get the most out of Nordhusene's properties.
A yellow-plated car will be provided for your use.
Qualifications
You are passionate about working with real estate. You are the public face of Nordhusene and are welcoming, smiling, and friendly. Independence and responsibility are also important, as you will need to be self-motivated.
We currently have 50 employees at Nordhusene, spread across our two departments, one in Jutland and one on Zealand. We have a total portfolio of 3,500 leases.
Your primary responsibilities
- Performminorrepairs and maintenance in the rental properties. Ensure that the rental properties are always in good condition.
- Hire craftsmen for major repairs
- Inspection of rental properties when moving in and out. Ensuring that everything is in order and that any defects are repaired quickly and efficiently. We use I-syn
- Ordering and coordinating external tradespeople for refurbishment when tenants move out
- Supervision and oversight of buildings, land, and open spaces
- Resident services and dialogue with residents
- The operation of green areas and winter preparedness has been outsourced, and there is a task in following up to ensure that this is carried out optimally.

You are very welcome to have:
- Craftsmanship background or ingenuity for it
- Experience with repairs and maintenance in properties
- Experience with viewing rental properties and handling tenant inquiries
- Service-oriented and outgoing
- Experience with computers, as vision tests, etc. are performed digitally
- Desire to work in a team with your colleagues, but you also enjoy working independently
